Our Programs
English for Action
English for Action is a thirteen-week ESOL course for Spanish-speaking adult immigrants. We offer four levels of instruction, ranging from Beginner to Advanced. The program is designed to help adult learners empower themselves with the language skills, leadership experiences, and self-confidence needed to build a successful future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Past classes have organized a neighborhood crime watch, lobbied at the State House and Providence City Council, developed community recycling education classes, and organized a neighborhood soccer tournament.
